The oldest visible evidence of the existence of a temple of the past is from the 12th Dynasty under Sesostris. The purpose of the temple complex was to hold daily temple services in this place by the clergy. Among the most important attractions of Luxor are the Karank Temple: the Great Hypostyle Hall, the Sacred Lake, the Scarab, the statues of Ramses II and the giant Oblis. There are many other interesting things to see in the Karnak Temple.
As your Luxor Day Trip from Hurghada continues, your path will take you straight to the banks of the Nile. Here you have the opportunity to take a relaxing trip down the Nile in a felucca motorboat (for an additional fee of 10$ per person). Relax on the boat and enjoy the scenery along the Nile.
During the Luxor Trip from Hurghada, we have reserved lunch for you at a nice restaurant. Let us spoil you with culinary delights and relax during this break.

The Colossi of Memnon (arab. el-Colossat or es-Salmat) are two ancient Egyptian colossal statues from the 14th century BC, standing side by side. The statues were erected in 1379 BC.
