Trip cancellation will only be confirmed if notification is made in writing (by email) or via WhatsApp.
If you cancel the tour 24 hours before the tour, you will receive a full refund of the tour deposit. Otherwise, the amount paid will remain with us!
***Excursions by plane or ferry = No refund
